SAFETY-KLEEN HOLDCO., INC., FILES REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
Plano, TX – Safety-Kleen HoldCo., Inc., a company formed to be the ultimate holding company of Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock of Safety-Kleen HoldCo., Inc.
Merrill Lynch & Co. and JPMorgan are serving as joint bookrunners for the offering.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
