Dave Eckelbarger
Executive Vice President, Supply Chain

Dave Eckelbarger joined Safety-Kleen in 2002 as Senior Vice President, Midwest Region.  Prior to that, he was the president of a private manufacturing company, SBS Inc., from 1999 through 2002.  In 2007 he was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Support Services, reporting to the CEO.  Today he is EVP, Supply Chain, responsible for Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Fleet, and Transportation.  Mr. Eckelbarger is a graduate from the United States Military Academy and holds an MBA from Harvard University.

Dave Sprinkle
Executive Vice President, Oil Re-Refining

Dave Sprinkle is an expert in the waste management industry. His tenure with Safety-Kleen and predecessor companies began in 1980. In his current position as Executive Vice President of Operations, Mr. Sprinkle is responsible for the oil re-refineries in East Chicago, Indiana and Breslau, Ontario Canada in addition to the branches, operations facilities, and oil operations within the Company. During his almost three decades with Safety-Kleen, Mr. Sprinkle has managed every type of facility and operation in the current Safety-Kleen system. Prior to his current position, Mr. Sprinkle was Executive Vice President, East Group, where he was responsible for the branches, operations facilities, and oil operations within the East. Prior to that position, he was responsible for Safety-Kleen's Recycling Centers, Waste Disposal, Oil Division (including the oil refineries and terminals), Engineering, Compliance, Health and Safety, and Logistics and Supply. Mr. Sprinkle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Eric Zimmer
Executive Vice President, Branch Sales & Service

Eric Zimmer became Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in October 2009. Mr. Zimmer has been employed by the Company or our Predecessor Company since December, 1995.  Prior to joining us, Mr. Zimmer held various positions in sales, business development and operations with Westinghouse Corporation, in their Environmental Systems and Services Group.  From November 2000 to December 2006, he served as Vice President overseeing Business Management, Marketing, and National Accounts programs, and most recently as Sr. Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Zimmer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri and has completed courses in graduate studies at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

Mark Stone
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mark Stone joined Safety-Kleen in August 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Stone served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Zale Corporation from May 2005 to February 2009. Mr. Stone was with Zale Corporation for 14 years and worked in IT, Planning, Database Marketing, and Distribution. Prior to working at Zale Corporation, Mr. Stone served as the Director of Financial Operations for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Stone is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and a Masters in Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary.

Mike Williams
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Mike Williams became Senior Vice President, Human Resources in February 2005 after serving the company as Vice President of HR for two years. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of HR at American Residential Services, a $900 million HVAC and Plumbing division of ServiceMaster, Inc. He has also held various roles within Human Resources for companies such as Waste Management and Frito-Lay. Mr. Williams received his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and holds a law degree from the University of Arkansas.
